John McKay with Resort Pools did a great job with our pool. We have had it two years now and had no issues. He hires a great crew that work hard and do a great job. We have recommended them to other people and now one of our friends/neighbors has put a pool in as well and is very happy. We also went to see pools he had completed before we decided to go with Resort Pools and everyone we talked to recommended John McKay and Resort Pools hands down. We had no issues with our pool construction or since. Highly recommend.

The final product turned out great but the process getting there was a nightmare. They do not communicate well at all and take their time getting back to you. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

We contracted this company in 2013 to build a pool and they did a Fantastic job. They are very knowledgeable about pools and the regulations and permitting requirements required.

Stay away from this company they are not reliable and do very low quality work. Company previously had other partners but no longer does. Avoid at all costs. No show for pool opening twice and then put filter back together wrong. Finally called another pool company to fix the problem.
