Room Addition to house humongous indoor KOI pond pumps and filters, and make a green-room for plants. The windows and door were purchased by the homeowner from Habitat for Humanity. We are the third (and final) contractors to build this room. The first contractor did not build it to code. The second contractor took his down payment and never came back. (it's contractors like that, who make us all look bad..) So we were tasked with the job to try to utilize what we could salvage from the first project. We managed to save the windows and doors, but most of the framing and sheathing were store bought. We had a challenge to construct this on the poorly formed slab foundation done by the first contractor in addition to cutting the roof line back and tying into the existing structure's framing.

Went to install new garage door weather seals and found a hidden termite city in the framework. Had to provide temporary bracing, gingerly remove the aluminum siding components, remove damaged wood framing, installed new pressure treated framework, re-install all of the trimmings, garage door, metal wrapping, siding, gutter work and lights. Like it never happened..

This is a bathroom remodel in Ocean View, Norfolk VA. We took out an old Neo-angled tub and shower enclosure, vanity/sink and toilet, to reconfigure the bathroom for better functionality and appeal. This involved removal of the old fixtures and tile, adding framing to the sub-structure, re-configuring plumbing supply from the old flexible tubing to hard piped copper supply lines and new PVC drains, electrical line re-configuration and re-routing, custom wall framing and shelving, re-tiling, in addition to the new few fixture installations, and custom trim moldings we made and installed around the window, door, and closet. The clients wanted to do the final painting themselves
