McDrake Enterprises LLC

We recently had a new sunroom built. The project included the new build and a tear-down of the existing sunroom. We first learned of McDrake at the Builders Expo at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. We spoke to there representative Victor Bond. This gentleman was very knowledgeable on the timeline of the build showing us the progression of the build, and showed us the material being used by the company for our new structure. We were informed by Victor that the first step would be measuring the area of the new sunroom. The representative Darren came to our home and took laser measurements to ensure the builders knew how each piece would come together. Darren was very precise. Next was the tear-down of the old structure and the start of the new build. The company sent out Josh, Barry and Jose' for the start. Each of these individuals played a specific role in the build, and were very knowledgeable. We were introduced to the site manager and the assistant site manger Jim and Mark. Each of these individuals answered all of our concerns and questions either by phone or at the site. Of course like any new build there were other individuals incorporated throughout the build. We thank them for their participation. A special thanks to Kate who put up with all our phone calls, not only with timelines, but with all the financials for this project. My wife and I want to say that this company (McDrake LLC) has the know how when it comes to building and design for this type of structure. We would recommend them and would use them again if needed. They have a great company of personnel.
