I recently decided to turn my master wing into a one bedroom granny flat. Time was of great concern as we only had two weeks to get the job done. Josh and his team delivered on every request and completed the job on time! I couldn't be happier with the outcome and how the job was executed. Josh was so easy to work with and professional. I had many ideas for the project and Josh really took the time to go over my options. He helped me map out everything I wanted, staying within my budget. I can't express enough how grateful I feel having found a contractor I can rely on to get the job done right, on time and in a professional and ethical manner. I already have my next project in the works!

Josh and Pro Con Professional has worked on 3 separate houses for us. In all, I couldn't have asked for a more professional, thorough, and high quality jobs. He made sure he understood what we expected as the outcome, communicated with us (especially when we kept changing our minds), and kept us informed as to his progress. The most significant piece of work was converting a bathroom to be totally ADA compliant for my ailing father. It turned out absolutely beautiful! There were many details associated with that project and he took great care to ensure that it was done to our satisfaction. I have already recommended him to colleagues and friends who have had similar experience. I won't hesitate to call him the minute I know I need some additional work done.
