A visual inspection will be conducted of all accessible areas including - Site, Grounds and Grading - Garage, Foundation, and Roof - Electrical and Plumbing - Attic and basement or crawlspace - Walls, floors, doors, windows - Kitchen and bathrooms - Heating and Cooling systems I conduct all Radon Measurement tests according to established protocols including a minimum test duration of 48 hours and closed house conditions (door traffic only). Testing equipment is carefully maintained and calibrated yearly. Residential and Commercial Mold Inspections are performed in accordance with set Standards of Practice. A thorough visual inspection is performed. Air and other samples are taken upon client approval. Sample report includes species identification and spore count. Allergen testing allows you to obtain a list of allergens in your home that may be affecting your family. This list could be used as a starting point for medical allergy testing.
