Deck Re-Surfacing and new Handrails

The old decking boards, handrails and stairs got removed, some of the floor joists needed replaced. We totally resurfaced the deck and gave it a brand new handrail with privacy screens on both ends and a new set of stairs. The deck is 14 feet by 45 feet.

White Screened Room and Deck

This project replaced an old wooden deck with a new composite deck and a completely wrapped screened room. The total dimensions of the deck are 14 feet by 24 feet of which the screened room took 14 feet by 16 feet. We used Veranda ArmorGuard for the decking with hidden fasteners, aluminum wrapped columns, Screen Tight screening system and Peak aluminum railing. The ceiling was finished with a lovely, natural wood tongue & groove.

This is a 16 feet by 10 feet deck the replaced an old ruined deck, in the process of demolition we discovered water damage to the wall where the old deck was attached. In the end the customer had a new and safe place to enjoy.

Nubbin Ridge Deck

We demolished an old and unsafe deck and replaced it with a brand new 12 by 16 foot deck. We used all premium pressure treated lumber and 6x6 posts the reach from the foundation to the top of the handrail. We installed a better set of stairs with rails that are up to code.

Light House Point Boardwalk

This project is right on the Tennessee River, we built a boardwalk for a new subdivision. This is the largest deck we have built. It is approximately 625 feet long and the with varies between 10 and 12 feet. At one end it has an octagon pattern
