They did our roof after Hurricane Harvey. We waited forever and we got the wrong color shingles delivered and had to except that color or wait more time. When they finally came out and completed the roof we were very disappointed in the work. The roof looks TERRIBLE!!!! The first hard rain we had the roof leaked!!! As if we didn't have enough damage already!! The office staff was very nasty, changed the price after we agreed and signed a contract and wanted a payment in full for an amount not agreed on (even with issues). I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Do not use this company. My roof is leaking severely, ruining the inside of my house and my siding is falling off only 1 year after they installed it. They will not return calls until you file a complaint and will not fix their work after 1 year, although they did claim it has a 30 year warranty when they did my contract, but it is a scam. They do not guarantee quality work, they say the warranty is only good if there is a recall on the shingles. I am extremely disappointed with this company and the customer care of Josh Helm and Daron Farmer who claim to be good Christian men. They do not guarantee their work. Very bad customer care and service.

Texas UNprofessional Exteriors. Taking advantage of people all over texas. Inferior workmanship, cheap materials, high prices, customer service skills completely lacking. If you want quality work construction/ roofing, do not hire this company.

This company charged me $7000 to fix my roof and siding and just over a year later it has leaked horribly and severely damaged an entire room. They ignored my calls for 4 months until i posted a claim at BBB. They said it is only a 1 year warranty and want another $950 upfront to fix the leak, not including the inside damage. Do not use this company if you want a roof that lasts more than 1 year and expect good quality work and customer service. They are scammers. Daron Farmer has this business listed under multiple names and locations.... beware!!!
