Bain Electrical Company

Had install for Lowe's for a garage door opener.... company is extremely hard to get in touch with they don't return phone calls .....it is going on one month and I still don't have my garage door opener installed waiting for follow-up from Lowe's hoping to get a new installer...The company is very unprofessional....do you not use them for any of your install needs they are unprofessional and they do not return calls and they take forever to do the work like I said it's been a month and I'm still waiting. If I could give no stars I would so I had a choose so I just chose one but really they need zero stars .

Anthony really helped me out and stayed on top of the project for me. He was a real trooper during the recent Hurricane Matthew and Flood the followed in Fayetteville. He made multiple trips over to my site for me waiting for the vendors to finally arrive. He went over and above the call of duty for me. He knew what to do to get power back on and was very reliable.

Made a purchase from Lowe's over a week ago and this company is the contractor they use to install. I was told they would be in touch within the next day or two. Nothing tried calling them nothing. Lowe's called them still nothing very unprofessional. I would not recommend them.
