Crossroads Construction is a veteran residential remodeling and new construction firm that is wholly focused on the customer experience. What we mean by that is that we not only strive to provide value and quality to our homeowners, but to offer them an experience unlike any other contractor around. Our owner Rick spent the first 5 years of his career building new homes on the east coast with one of the largest builders in the nation. In that time he built nearly 200 homes which gave him exposure to nearly 200 different owner's perspectives on what they liked and didn't like about their experience. He has taken that feedback, as well as the best practices of a well-established company and been able to boil that down to an unparalleled experience for his homeowners whether they are building a new home or remodeling an existing one. From the first meeting to the final inspection, the communication is clear and the description of the job to be performed is thorough so there is no confusion. These clearly defined expectations for both parties are what sets CRC apart and has led to our over 99% customer referral rating. In fact, a large portion of our work on a yearly basis is repeat customers or referrals. Give us a call to see why so many people keep coming back to CRC for their construction needs.
