Father and Son Handyman

This was the worst experience of my life and that's saying a lot. I cannot believe the incompetence of this "company." They were to rehang a shutter and called and said to leave it out and they would be by in a few days. Almost 2 weeks later and nobody came. I call and he said we will send somebody out in a few days. Almost a week later somebody finally comes and rehangs the shutter, unfortunately it was half hanging off the window! Two days later if fell completely off my home. I called and he said he would send somebody out in a few days (his favorite thing to say) well it's been 2 1/2 weeks and nobody came. I called him today and I didn't raise my voice, didn't cuss just told him how frustrated I was and he said I was "attacking him" sir, it isn't attacking when somebody is telling you facts. If you feel attacked then perhaps you should learn how to run your company and handle customer service. I am shocked at this company. PLease don't use them.

Hired them and paid for power washing the first of june, 2015. Their power washer broke and they told us they would come back later to complete the job. After several calls, we got the same response.....we will get to it....well it's July 15th and we are still waiting. Piss poor service.
