Miller, better known to most as “Joe”, who has a Civil Engineering Education and more than 40 years construction experience in residential and commercial construction. Joe qualifies at the highest available Building Inspection certification available from the State of North Carolina, is a former Building Inspector including a term as chief Building Inspector for a local jurisdiction, has served on the NCHBA Building Code Committee, a past Home Builders Association president and a member of the American Institute of Building Design .
