| Deck removal and back yard regrading | Mar 2016 | Removed a rotten 25x10 deck and stairs from the back of a two family home. Built a new 10x10 landing and pinned the footings to the ledge rock below grade. Brought in 10 tons of red rock to rescue the hill and allow for proper drainage.
