Originally was going to be just a standard brick wall but customer wants to put veneer stone on the wall to make it an accent wall. Added a modular outdoor kitchen set with granite countertops/fridge/sink/a 5-burner gas grill, and a single burner stove top

They had originally sent me a picture from Google that they wanted to base the design off of. They got to add their own custom features to the design and was built to their liking.

I specialize in brick/mortar/concrete for patching/matching color/repairing/replacing Here I patched the driveway and entry walkway. As well as, patching the mortar on a brick arch way, and, repairing 7 pre-existing holes in brick, which were also color matched. I did not get the final picture once the flag pole holes were patched and the mortar was wiped down. I will post those in about a week when I return to this customers home for a few other projects.

If a carpet has many dark colored stains that hasn't been deep cleaned in years, it is likely that the stains will not come out completely. However, most of the stains will come out, and almost disappear. Carpet dyeing or painting is always an option as well. Almost all of the stains came out of this carpet.

Started with cold/hot water lines, and drain on inside of mud room. Customer picked out the vanity they liked, along with the countertop they liked. We discussed options as far as sinks and faucets. On opposite side of wall, which would be the garage. We added a utility sink for outside use. It has a standard faucet that has a garden hose attachment. Everything on this project is custom. Drywall was patched and everything looks and works great!

Dishwashers diverter motor was leaking in nearby kitchen. Water eventually flooded into living room and dining room, causing laminate floor to bow and expand. This is partially due to cheap underlayment and also due to something that cannot be controlled; which is a dishwashers diverter motor leaking through the housing. The motor was ordered and replaced correctly. The old laminate floor and underlayment was removed, as well as existing trim and thresholds. Mold/mildew spots treated and removed. All new underlayment has been placed. The new underlayment has better sound reducing qualities, much better air flow, and moisture reducing qualities, as well as anti-microbial properties. The laminate floor chosen has better moisture reducing qualities, sound reducing qualities, and will expand and contract better with the weather, than the original laminate floor. Trim was replaced, and new thresholds were put down. All in all a satisfied customer. I'd also like to add, these were some of the nicest most caring and kind customers I've had the opportunity to work with.
