Bob was very generous with his time. He spent about fifteen minutes on the phone and helped me solve my kitchen line that was not working. WOW !! He said "No charge, I'm not all about the money,I'll help you if I can, tell your family and friends" WOW !! I know who to call the next time I have an electrical problem.
