READ THIS ! I'm picky. I only use Tom. It"s that simple. I am a landlord. In a gentleman's way Tom shows my tenants why they have roaches. He organizes everyones schedule to spray at the same time for me. I hope I never loose him.

Tom was wonderful to speak with and very honest and helpful. Our tenant believed she had a rodent problem and Tom was quick to check out the issue. Ultimately, the droppings our tenant believed to be from a mouse was actually rubber from her doormat. Rather than just do the job he was asked to do - and charge me in full for a service I didn't actually need - he filled any exterior holes so no future problems would occur and charged me an exceptionally nominal fee. I will definitely use Optimum Pest Control in the future should the need arise (which I hope it never does!)
