BEWARE! This company will try to shake you down for thousands of dollars and when you cannot afford his growing demands, he will walk off your job. My house was left to studs with no bathrooms or kitchen because I couldn't afford the 10K above quote he was asking for... in cash. This was after the project was delay significantly. It was quoted as a 2 month project and by month 5 my house was left with hardly anything done and thousands more than expected.
