The company's website invites customers to call for a free estimate. I spoke with their receptionist on the phone. I said I needed some repair work done. She told me they weren't doing repair estimates because they were busy. I asked if I could schedule an appointment for an estimate when they become less busy. She refused my request and said that if a crew was in my neighborhood, they might call me. She didn't say it directly, but Arrowhead doesn't need my business.

The salesman who came out to place estimate was why we chose them - he was considerate and prompt and trustworthy. We were blown away with how fast they performed the work, the quality, and how amazing they did with clean up - you would have never known anyone was there.
