| Kramer Warehouse Restoration | Nov 2013 | Our scope of work at the Kramer Feed & Seed warehouse included floor repair, truss repair, roof repair, roof coating, bathroom addition, door additions, and deck construction. Several wooden trusses with decay from water damage were repaired, and re-supported. The roof was coated with a white, siliconized coating to stop the leaks, and reduce cooling costs. A nine-by-six bathroom was built and finished. Four sliding barn doors were removed; commercial doors were installed in each of the two openings; two openings were framed in, and windows were installed. A six-by-sixty deck was built and stained.
