GRADE A PLUMBING INC

The only thing this company has going for itself, is the initial quick response to answer a phone. They did dispatch a plumber that same day, however, what insued once the plumber arrived is something NO female homeowner should ever have to deal with! My water heater was leaking and Larry Park, the "professional", stated EVEN though my water heater is still under warranty, I canNOT replace it with the same one. He tried to tell me there is lead in my pipes, and the township inspector will NEVER approve a replacement for the same water heater. That it is for commercial use, not residential. Not only that. I AM looking at an estimate of $9,950. That is for a replacement water heater STILL under warranty. Also, lead has not been used since the 70s. I used this "business" for a quote. However, after they gave me that horrendous quote, I went with someone else. Especially, after speaking with Bradford White warranty department, and they assured me it IS under warranty and CAN be replaced for free! I would only need to pay for labor.

Larry and his assistant were punctual and polite. From calling Grade A Plumbing after filing a claim with AHS. The provide me with outstanding service, this was the second time I had to use Grade A, both times I was very impressed with their work.
