I called setup a time for them to come out I took off work and waited all day long. They never showed up.

Tried setting up an appointment many times. They tell you they will show up then never show up. Many times this has happened to me while using their service. If you can get them to answer the phone and setup a time to be out they don't even show up. Why set up a time if you're not going to show up? Makes no sense. I won't be using them again.

Just moved into a new place, and I messed up the pipes by trying to replace a shower head. Locktight was used to install that...broke the PVC pipes in the wall. H&C came right out and had all of it repaired in no time. I was extremely pleased.
