I am a out of state resident of Nebraska, needing some septic tanks installed, which includes a brother in the Flat Creek area of Tennessee. After traveling to Tenn. a year ago on Oct. 24, 2017, I contacted David William septic services about installation of a tank on my property. At that time, he stated 3 different times, that he will get back in contact with me ASAP. He never did get back in contact, while I was visiting Shelbyville Tenn. I over looked his actions and returned to Neb. Almost a year later October 1, 2018, I returned to Tenn. and contacted David William again, about services needing to be conducted in a timely matter while in town. He had stated that he talked to my brother Mike and he was busy with cows on the farm and would get back in contact that evening. After, “lying” to Mike and myself over a few days, I conducted an investigation on David William credentials in the surrounding areas. Many people laughed and shook there heads, while walking away. Some stated, “you are wasting your time” trying to conduct business with him. Others remarks were, he’s lazy, good luck. After all bad reviews of his company, I took there advice and contacted a professional Septic tank service. This tank service I contacted, installed 2 tanks and field lines in one (1) day, plus also had both inspections approved for final installation. Never heard anything else out of David William. I am ashamed of myself for trying to conduct business with him. It was a great waste of time. I have learned from my mistakes and recommend you look elsewhere. Respectfully John Kelley
