This was a repeat customer who had just bought a home and wanted to renovate a few rooms. This guest bedroom started out with severely damaged drywall, severely stained carpet, wood trim and doors, but had beautiful hardwood underneath it all. We removed the carpet, primed and painted the trim and doors, painted the ceilings and walls, repaired the drywall, replaced socket and switch covers, cleaned the hardwood floors, installed blinds and drapes.

The customer on this job had just moved into their new home and wanted to reinvent their living room. We patched holes in the drywall then removed the white wrapped beams and installed new rough-cut cedar. We removed the trim around the windows and doorways and installed new trim of a different style. We primed and painted all baseboards, painted two coats on the ceiling and all walls. We painted all the fireplace grout white, all the brick faces gray with a rough-style (intentionally leaving parts of gray in the white grout and not painting sharp lines on the edge of the brick), and painted the fireplace doors with high temperature resistant black paint. We also installed a new light fixture, new curtain rods, and assembled furniture from IKEA.

This customer was getting ready to put their house on the market and wanted to spruce up the exterior of a cottage on the property. We pressure washed the entire exterior, repaired several parts of the siding, installed new insulation in the ceilings, and installed new soffit vents. Then we painted the entire cottage, including deck railing, doors, window frames, trim, porch ceiling, and siding. For this project we used Valspar Duramax exterior paint.

For this job we removed a fenced shed that had been falling apart and rebuilt it. Due to the homeowner's association's regulations, the shed's fencing needed to match the rest of the fence. We built the fencing from scratch, installed new posts, installed a roof, and stained the wood to match the existing fence.

This customer had just moved into a rental home and asked us to paint their two story foyer. We patched several stress cracks in the drywall and painted the trim and walls. For this project we used Valspar Signature paint from Lowes.

We painted this entire basement, installed drywall in parts of one of the rooms and installed new trim in the same room. There were two rooms (a very large room and a smaller room) and a staircase. There had been a major leak above the smaller room and a mold remediation company had ripped out the drywall along the bottom two feet of the room, and half of the ceiling. We installed drywall where it was missing and installed new trim in that room. Ceilings got two coats of flat white ceiling paint, trim was painted with two coats of white semigloss, walls were painted with two coats of Benjamin Moore with accent colors on the indents of the large room and one wall of the smaller room.

We removed wallpaper from 4 rooms, painted all ceilings, trim, and walls, and performed various other tasks such as removal of ceiling fans and kitchenette counters. For this job we used all Benjamin Moore paint.
