Excellent service. He was friendly, sincere and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job installing outlets from kitchen and diningroom and cleaning up the panel box.

Paradise construction did a good job in reinstalling my bathroom wall light fixtures after one of them became loose. I would use them again.

Over charges. He charged me $125.00 to put electrical tape around wires in the wall box.

Update on my experience. Last Saturday one of the recessed lights made loud noise, when I looked up I saw bright light like spak or somthing. I ran to the switch and turned it off. Then black smoke came out it. Called Tim, he came and said its the bulb. He replaced the kitchen 100W with 75W and charged me $10 a bulb. So I ended up paying for the bulbs again. Today I bought 60W LED dimmable bulbs and replaced the ones in the living room. I had hard time moving the heavy sofa and reachig the ceiling. To my surprise I noticed the receses light cans/holders have 75W labels. Tim installed 100W bulbs on those. No wonder it burned like that. Fortunately I was home to turn it off right away otherwise it would have burned the whole place. Check what he is installing before he does that As one review for one prject allowed here I updated here Tim worked on recess lighting projtct and did a good job but the patch work guy he brought with him (paid $300 more only for patch eork)did not do a good job so Tim had to work on it. My agreement was to install bright white dimmable bulbs but he brought less brighter ones. As I didn't agree on those he special ordered those. When he brought the bulbs and installed he said he broke one and gave me $15 credit. I forgot to take the bulb details to order and texted him. He did notprovide model number and the info he proveded was not sufficient to place an order. I called him multiple times and he simply ignored my calls. Now after spending 2000 I ended up with one diffective bulb and I can't use the dimmer function as one of the bulbs is not a dimmable one. He also forgot to replace one diffective bulb in the kitchen. I am not tall enough to reach 9 foot high ceiling on a step stool and replace the bulb. I would have given 5 star if he had taken care of the bulbs.
