Handyman of DC 1

Mr. Perry axcepted prepayment from an inexperienced tenant of mine for work he and I had agreed that he do. My tenant was not aware of the possability that mr. Perry would except the money and not return to finish the work which is exactly what happened. When I called him on it he assured me he would return to finish the work but haveing been paid , he never bothered to do so. Some of the previous work he did for me was later discovered to be substandered as well. I would not recomend him. Buyer beware.
