CODY Master Bath | The renovation of the master bath consisted of a complete gut and remodel in an older home in the Historic section of Cleveland Park in Northwest Washington DC. The project required a reconfiguration of the space in order to provide additional natural light and increase functionality. Storage space and square footage were increased substantially by removing an exterior shower and recapturing dead space between the exterior wall and façade. Additionally, the removal of a second hall door allowed us to extend the bathroom into the new opening. Complete with custom millwork cabinetry, custom glass work, new lighting and tile the bathroom provides a highly functional space for the family. | $86k | Washington, DC | ||
