Poor Customer Service - The initial contact was good, but went downhill from there. The first technician that came out couldn't diagnose the problem, so a second technician was sent out the same day (but much later). The second technician did diagnose the issue, but didn't know how to resolve it. So, I was told someone will be out the next day. Three technicians (a HVAC guy and two plumbers) eventually came out early evening (around 4:30pm) the next day. They said they heard water in the exhaust pipe, but didn't know how or didn't want to go through the effort to get it out. So, I was told someone would come out again yet another day. With no specific time. When I mentioned something about the customer service and the lack of urgency while on the phone with the owner/supervisor, he hung up the phone on me and wouldn't answer my calls. So, I went with another company. I'm not one to complain, and I was hesitant to post this review. However, I thought about the circumstances of two young ladies being in a house with no heat for two days, the issue was diagnosed, but there was a lack of urgency to resolve it. In my opinion, this may be a good company to go with if the issue isn't too difficult. Otherwise, go in another direction. (my opinion)

Horrible service..problems w hvac from day 1..refuses to fix..he did duct work wrong and won't correct. He refuses to come see his error. Total nughtmare...BEWARE

Dec 2 I received a call from Had an appt. for 12-7. Two men came out and did their assessment. Two weeks went by and I had to call them to find out their suggestion on replacement or repair of my boiler. I was told someone would call back. One week later I had to call again and the gentleman answering the phone asked if I had the time he would stop by then and look at my boiler. At that I told him no thank you and hung up . Very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service

It went OK
