Great work at a fair price. I needed a basement bathroom floor redone to remove the carpeting and replace with tile. Michael Schmitz returned my call quickly, came that afternoon to provide an estimate and was able to start the job quickly. He explained several options I needed to consider, made some recommendations and said the job would take 2 days. The job was completed on time, at the estimated price and the quality was excellent. I would highly recommend Schmitz flooring based on my experience.
