Alaska Fire and Flue LLC

We ordered a Morso 5660 (Paid in full) August 2020 and never received the stove. The shipping dates have changed multiple times and was told they couldn’t provide a tracking number or receipt for verification of purchase. They also told us a reimbursement wasn’t possible since it was a special order. I contacted Morso directly a year ago and they mentioned the stoves were already made and ready for shipment. I decided to call other stove stores in Seattle and they said it would take 4-5 weeks to get the Morso 5660. So currently, Alaska Fire and Flue scheduled us for a delivery sometime in Feb 2022. I called today and the lady said she would need to check the status and haven’t heard back since. I figured after almost 2 1/2 years of waiting for the stove we’d be a high priority. Hopefully, these issues aren’t regular occurrences with other customers orders and hope to have this issue resolved soon.
