I give Scott and patriot plumbing a 5+.. higher if I could!! He called me and set up a time to be out within an hour after I made contact with Porch, who I had also never used before. This whole experience was great. Scott told me upfront (after looking things over) what he would need to do, an estimated price for the job and didn't charge me a penny more. Its been a couple weeks now and NO issues. Thanks Scott!! I will refer business his way to anyone who needs a plumber every time! Also, open, friendly, and cleaned up everything better than before he started. He also explained everything to me that I had questions about. His prices were seriously about half of what I had expected.
