Moved into a new home and had plenty of small projects we needed help with. In the beginning, Derek was very helpful, good quality work, reasonably priced and good communicator… Unfortunately, over the course of a year it became harder to contact him, money was asked for before project was completed/started and some of his work had to be re-done. In the end, he had one small final project to complete, we went through months of him promising to complete the work and he never showed up. We paid for this job and to this day it is not completed. No matter what good work you completed in the past, you take our money and don’t complete the work, you get a 1 star. Know the risk if consider working with Dam Home Repair.
