This was the best house painter that I have ever worked with. Bill replaced rotten wood, painted the entire house, power washed and stained our deck. Excellent work at a fair price. Great communication throughout the entire process. I will be using Bill Sole at Oakland Cruz Painting for all of my painting needs from now on!

We scraped off all peeling paint, replaced trim boards, caulked all new trim boards and all other areas that had caulk peeling out of joints.
