Five Star Landscaping & Snow Removal

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They destroyed my lawn and damaged 4-sprinkler heads that I had to replace and I spoke to Ashley on numerous occasions and she said that they were going to come out and take care of everything and it's been 4 months and still no show or call. I'm preparing legal matters and will set up the process. I would not recommend anyone using this company and based on the other reviews, had I known this in advance, I would not have ever dealt with them. They will be hearing from my lawyer soon.

Awful company. Scam artists. They charge for work they never completed.

They are the worst company ever... They skip cutting my grass often and charge me for the weeks they skip... They don’t show up weekly as they promis and don’t respond when you contact them... Would not even give them one star if I have a choice

This is a follow up review to the one I posted last year. After all of the bad press from both WDIV and WXYZ, they decided to send me a letter, 13 months after my email to them requesting cancellation of service and refund. In the letter they stated they evaluated my contract and issued a refund for what was owed. get this, I paid the $195 and they gave me a check for $20!!! They only came out once to plow, albeit 24 hours after the snowfall. they claimed to have done 4 plows. I know for a fact that they did not because I had to use my snow blower every single snowfall after the 1st time (and only time) they came out to do their jobs. I sent them an email contesting the stipulations of the "refund" and told them I would not be cashing the check and that I would continue to pursue this fraud with the attorney general's office. It is not OK to stiff people for their hard earned money. I hope these guys do some jail time.
