H&B Heating & A/C

I hired H&B, Alfred, to install central air into my home and extend the venting to include an add-on trailer. It is a mobile home with a furnace that is designed for central air to be added. Firstly, they, Alfred and Jordan, showed up unprepared. They needed to make multiple trips to the hardware store over several days. Yes, I said several DAYS! they told me at the end of day 1 that it was all set. Hallelujah!! The Air worked fine but it turns out that they set-up a drainage tube to drain under the trailer where it seeped out and kept the sidewalk constantly wet. They could have drained 6 feet further into a garden. It took several calls over several days to get Alfred back out here to rectify the situation. When he finally showed up and moved the drainage hose I thought "Whew, I won't use them again" but fate was not done with me yet. He moved the drainage hose alright but lifted it just under a foot off the ground so it did not drain and leaked under the trailer...back to square one. While I was calling H&B several times over several weeks, we turned the heat on as it was cooling down. Lo and Behold! The heat doesn't work...more so the fan. So now I had two reasons to get him back out here yet again.after another week or two He returned my call and actually showed up when he said he would...not normal for him. But he showed up so late that he did not have time to make both repairs. So He repaired the furnace...or so I thought.Now I am stuck with the leaking drainage tube as well as a furnace AND air conditioner that have no fan. I have been trying to get in touch with Alfred for 2 weeks, sometimes calling every 1/2 hour or early/late with only a voice mail message to greet me. I strongly recommend you find another contractor because your project may well last months then not be right!
