I have been a customer of Aaron's for about four years this month. I pre-paid for services in December 2021 for the upcoming 2022 season - roughly $670. They came once in April 2022 and haven't showed up since. I called in June to ask about it and a very rude man said that they came out at the end of June. I have been working from home since 2020 and my office is facing the front yard. I also have surveillance cameras surrounding my entire property, I told the rude man that no one has come to my home to perform services then. He immediately called me a liar and said that he "trusted" that his guy came out to my home. The rude man then told me that they will come out at the end of July. No one has came since. I called several times and left messages about refunding me for the remaining services yet to be performed for the year and still haven't received a call. I just want to cut my losses and cannot even get a response. This clearly shows that they do not care about their customers. At this point I consider this company a fraud by keeping my money and not performing services. I will be reaching out to BBB.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The previous home owner had signed up for their services, and he passed away. Shortly after we bought the house, we saw the flags up that they had fertilized. When I saw the bill come to the deceased previous owner, I called them to explain and discontinue services. What did they do? Change the bill to my name and send it again. I told them I won’t pay it unless they show me a contract or agreement I signed that requested the services. They said since I own the house I’m obligated to pay for it regardless if I signed up for it or not. So apparently I could order lawn care to all my neighbors houses and they’re obligated to pay. Sure makes me want to recommend this company to friends and family!

We have had this service for 3 years. First year had no issues. The 2nd year we were did not get all the treatments. I keep detailed records of the date of service and keep all the slips put in our door. We were given a credit after Kurt questioned that it was not missed. This year we were also not given all the treatments we had paid for. We always paid for the season to get the discount. I again had records with dates. My husband called to question this and Kurt was rude and accused us of lieing and making it up. He said the slip must have blown away. We also would have had the sticks put on the ground to indicate service had been done whc H we did not have. He said other people have said this as well. He threatened to hurt our credit rating except we had prepaid. He would not refund the missed treatment. We continue to get information and calls to get service next year, That will never happen.
