Furnished and Installed Materials necessary to complete a new Gas Supply Pipe From Manifold in crawl space, 80 developed feet, to New BBQ on New Deck! I even painted the piping to match the deck color: Tobacco. Used Stainless Steel Hardware to avoid rust issues. Passed a Town Inspection required for New Gas Line additions. While i was in the crawl space i also tapped the cold water pipe, and added a Frost-free hose spigot on the rear of the home. All this, plus a final BBQ hookup, and connected the garden hose to an outdoor Mobile "sink on wheels." Check out some pictures! Like me on Facebook at Peters Pipers Inc.

This Home's hot water had a very long way to travel across the home to the master bathroom. the owners had to wait over 2.5 minutes for hot water in the mornings!!! thats nearly 5 gallons of wasted water, which is not cheap these days! so i installed a hot water recirculation system, cutting their wait time down to JUST 12 SECONDS!!! the job involves adding a pipeline in the crawl space that basically creates a giant hot water circle back to the water heater. an approved domestic circulating pump powers the circulation, controlled by an aquastat. a very cool job that can be added to just about any hot water system!

This project is awesome! i love adding bathrooms. a very simple, yet professional addition of a laundry room as well. the in slab rough was already in place for the toilet, tub and all wet-vented by the sink. however, we couldn't add a kitchen sink, or a laundry without chopping the slab, and putting in the proper pipes for drainage. this 3 piece bath, laundry, and kitchen, will be a great addition to this basement. finish photos to come soon!
