The outlet is the part that makes the hole in the gutter at the top of the downspout. All present outlets are small with a lip around their top. They clog easily and often rendering rain gutters useless. Present small outlets are the problem! Do not let your installer install the problem. Instead, install the LARGE SpoutOff outlet that virtually will not clog AND can be easily, quickly and safely checked by you while you are standing down on the ground.
