Please see the attached video and read ALL of the texts through Porch.com that Steven exchanged with me and after we paid him in full $290 for the job on May 2, 2019 he told me to "buzz off". This is truly an emergency that would not have happened had we decided to NOT call Porch.com. This is a NIGHTMARE and all that we expect is for you to make us whole and to fix the faulty contractor job from - Steven's Home Services. Please reach out immediately if Porch.com would like to solve this problem amicable, or if a social media blast against you if that is better for you. We assume that earlier today when you ignored the problem that occurred at our home, because of the dishonest contractor that you suggested, "Steven's Home Services" that you assume that ignoring us and not stepping up to help with your written contract with us (per your website). I'm about to launch a nation-wide social media campaign, with the Notes from Steven on your site that you can clearly see if you look at our account... even with the nasty words that he used and the demands for me to stop asking him to check in and see what he could do to fix the problem. Steven has dared me to launch a social media campaign against him & also against you. Please look at the attached video. We have not even been able to run our dishwasher since Wednesday and now it's Friday. We would be willing to drop all complaints and protect your company 's reputation (Porch .com ) if you can pay for the replacement contractor that we hire. We can work things out to send you (Porch .com ) the bill and you can reimburse us.
