I have used Lawn Pride numerous times throughout the years. Cole, the owner, has always seemed to be very professional with both the quality of his work and the timeliness in which it is completed. Communication (which I find very rare in this industry) was always prompt to address any concerns and get the job done correctly. Highly recommended

The 45 degree grade running directly into new home was all rock. We cut into the rock , built our walls , ran nds drain pipe behind each wall with soil seperator fabric and river rock. | Undergorund Drainage System and Surface Water | May 2017 | Homeowner contacted us concerning yard always being wet even in August, noticing shifting in foundation. After bringing my in house Engineer who worked for the state of texas on storm water and drainage for 15 years it was determined that my clients $1.2 million dollar home had been built on an exsisiting spring. He was also located at the bottom of a housing division and the water from the neighborhood would run directly into hie property. Solution: Every sq ft of yard was taken up and perforated nds drain pipe was installed and interlocked, faux river was built . All pipes emitted towards back of property into faux river.
