Olson's Remodeling

I've used Mr Olson for several projects. However, my latest interactions with him have been disappointing. He made several appointments with me that he did not keep. His last excuse was that his phone had been disconnected. This cost me time and money. I'd say this contractor is past his prime. If you decide to use him ask for proof of liability insurance.

Dan's professionalism is matched by his positive attitude and happy demeanor. Always articulate in describing what he will do to find or fix a problem - he is a a solutions oriented expert. Communicating timelines, changes is paramount to Dan as he is prompt with responses in communicating updates. His work speaks for itself and after he installed hard woods over 3/4 of our 1440 square foot home, nearly everyone who first saw the results, asked me who laid them. Dan Olson!!! A true professional and wonderful person. Book em' Danno!!!

We own an older home in Candler, NC where all the doors are 32" wide. It was very difficult to find someone who was willing to ENLARGE OUR FRONT DOOR AREA from 32" to 36" and to install a new front door. Then we found Dan. Not only was he willing to do the job, he gave us a fair quote, showed up on time, and did excellent work. Today, he's back installing another door. Yes, we would recommend him.

Dan does a super job, returns messages and is very reliable. He created custom caps for my chimneys and installed new roof. I plan on calling on him for more home improvement projects.
