Airtight Improvements

I am very happy with both my new bathroom and living room. The rooms look awesome and the jobs were done in great time and everything was kept tidy and clean while the work was going on. Thank you to all that worked on my home and I look forward to future projects.

Last summer [August 2014], I was so impressed with his work on the addition and kitchen remodel [May 2013] that I asked he and his team back to replace the windows and siding on my house. Both projects were on schedule and budget. I would not hesitant to ask Airtight Improvements back to do any project large or small.

Ken Merrill and his team from Airtight Improvements did an absolutely fantastic job with an addition [16 X 20 room addition with basement] and complete kitchen remodeling project (May 2013). His quote was fair and outlined specifically what was included and what was optional so there was no potential confusion. He provided me flexibility to do portions of the remodel myself (flooring & painting) to help me differ some of the expense. His communication skills were excellent - I was kept abreast of all aspects of the project especially when I was required to make decisions. For example, on “Tuesday” you can expect the dumpster to be delivered, on “Thursday” the concrete truck is expected, on “Friday” the town inspector will be stopping by etc. etc. The project came in on time and on budget. While they were at my house, I had them replace a garage door going to the backyard and change some plumbing while the ceiling was torn up. I appreciated their flexibility in doing this additional work and thought the price for the extra work was very fair. Ken Morrill and his team at Airtight Improvements did excellent work at my house and I highly recommend them.
