Kathy was very helpful when I told her what I wanted. She gave me suggestions on the color for each of the four rooms, the hallway and the bathroom. She even purchased the supplies for me, she is very neat, careful and respectful. An over the top professional. I am recommending Kathy to my family and friends.

Kathy Smith was very helpful in suggesting colors to paint my front hallway and stairwell to blend with the other colors in the house. I contacted Ready For A Change as I decided to remove wall paper in my home and realized that this was not a project that I could take on myself. The wall paper was located in an upstairs hallway and two-story staircase in my home. We thought that we had plaster behind the wall paper but we were not sure how many layers of wall paper were on the walls and what shape the plaster was in. I met with Kathy to do a walk through of the area and discussed possible outcomes if there were multiple layers of paper, what could happen if the paper was difficult to remove, etc. Kathy took notes, asked questions and made suggestions. I felt very comfortable with her, she is very professional and I could tell that she was a perfectionist as am I. She provided a time frame for work completion and her estimate was very reasonable. Kathy arrived on time to begin the work, kept in contact with me during the project and clean-up was amazing. I could not even tell that she had been working in my home ripping down wall paper!
