Basement Technologies placed new drainage pipes along two of my basement walls and covered those walls with Finish White. The work was very neatly done, as was the clean up each day. The owner of the company and his assistant were both very pleasant and considerate. My initial contact with the company was made very helpful and reassuring by the owner's wife who serves as his receptionist. After talking with her and meeting with him, I didn't feel the need to contact any other company. Plus I liked the fact that they were right here in Webster, NY!
