Joe's Pools from Weedsport, NY was a terrible experience. I would NOT refer any customers to them ever. It was an absolutely TERRIBLE experience having them put in our pool. There were so many problems with the installation. The #1 issue was the plumbing installation. It was done incorrectly by a bunch of young kids who would show up at my residence without even having tools on hand or parts to do the job. They did not properly install the plumbing and it resulted in all sorts of leaks and issues from day 1. The #2 issue is Joe's communication. When you try to ask questions, ask when his crew will be out to finish the project, ask when you will get the products you already paid for, ask when the crew will be out to fix the leaks and the gushing water coming out the side of the pool, there is no response, voice mail is full, no email response, no text message response, Joe will completely ghost you after taking your money and cashing your check.

My family and I had an in-ground Pool installed in the summer of 2018. This was very good experience for me. Joe the owner was very much so involved with the project, even though he was not always on site. His guys were nothing short of professional. I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a swimming pool.
