We purchased a 35 year old villa condo and renovated it top to bottom. New kitchen, bathes, floors, moved walls, plumbing, electric, etc.Tom worked with us doing the carpentry work and coordinating and supervising various subs. Tom is easy to work with. Good at keeping communication open. Shows up on time and when promised.
