Called Complete Handyman to help me figure out where the leak is in my attic that 3 other companies came to my home and claimed to locate and repair. one charged us $75 and another, the the last before complete handyman charged $310. Our last heavy storm in August 2019 left us with a bigger issue then originally called to fix. Jeff stopped by and went into the attic to look at this and came down and share pictures. He repaired the damages and was very detailed in describing the issue and where the water was dripping from. He and my husband took high powered hose and sprayed for 2 hours the damaged area...well, what was the damaged area. No leaks. They then repaired the drywall damages. If your looking for a company that knows what they are doing..,give them a call. Now I am trying to get reimbursed for what was paid to the other companies.

I own several rental properties and have worked with many home improvement/handyman repair companies over the past 9 years. Have had pretty good experience with most but not very reliable and not one handled all our needs. We needed to contract with with several companies at the same time. This is the first review I have given Complete Handyman of Wisconsin. They have performed electrical service upgrades of the meter and electrical breaker panel, installation of bathroom exhaust fans, drywall and now they have completed I believe we are at 5 hot water heaters with the last today. These guys do clean work. Competitive pricing...not the lowest cost but very fair and make me feel as if I am their only customer the way they respond to my requests. I purchased the water heaters and Complete Handyman went to pick up. After they installed the new units, the removed from the basement the existing water heaters and disposed of them. I have over the course of 2 years, referred them to several friends. They are equally please with Complete Handyman of Wisconsin. Give them a chance. Jeff will treat you very good. Harold

We needed numerous projects tackled and have had such a negative view of the home improvement so called professional. Someone recommended Lowes Home Improvement / Porch.com We needed an electrical inspection. We submitted a request on Porch.com. Several companies came to our home including two major electrical outfits in Milwaukee and Waukesha. Every single one of them talked at me and not to me. Didn't give me a chance to explain our experience and why an inspection was necessary. After they performed their inspections, they spoke to me like I was incapable of understanding the issues they found. Then came the last company. Jeff and another electrician came to my home while they were performing service at another River Hills residence. After they were completed with their inspection, both men explained what they found and the most common options to correct the overheating of one or more circuits, a breaker that kept tripping and a full service upgrade from 100 amp service to 200 amp service. Ultimately, I required a meter upgrade and breaker panel. These two guys were awesome! Complete confidence in Complete Handyman. I needed our bathroom exhaust fan rerouted and the work was carried our beyond our expectations. We are updating our previous review on Complete Handyman. We had them back out to our home the day after our review and Jeff was shown pictures and the areas we had concerns with. Jeff made a call and John, the worker that originally did the re-grout job that we were unhappy with came to our home. He apologized and asked if we would allow him to correct the areas of concern which we reluctantly agreed to. When the job was complete, Jeff returned to our home and John called us in to review his re-work. All I can say is WOW! It looked like it did when first installed. Clearly he had a bad day the first time through and our review was premature. John did an awesome job. Complete Handyman stands behind their work and their workers which without a question told us that they have confidence in their craftsmanship. For all the reasons stated and many more, we would recommend Complete Handyman of Wisconsin to anyone looking for a solid company! Thank you Jeff.
