SLR Industries Inc.

It’s been 7 months and no response from SLR in regards to the shoddy workmanship done by Jorge and Lou. The work they did at my house is damaged, misaligned and and uneven creating a safety hazard to the general public. I filed a law suit and they told the judge they were not ready to proceed. Our next and final court date is coming up soon. They make no attempt to respond to me in any way. The owner hides behind his “consultant “ Lou, the problem is Lou is busy playing with horses and is completely UNPROFESSIONAL

It has been over a month and SLR still doesn’t respond to my complaints about the horrible work they did at my home. I recently discovered that they used inferior cement on my patio….3000 psi. They said they were using 4000 psi……this is what I paid for. That’s why it’s all cracked and chipped after 7days. Kenny, president of the company, told me cement is not guaranteed. And I said he must have ordered a cheaper cement. His reply was…..”You should take it up with my supplier “. I said, “I paid you so it’s your responsibility “. Cheaper material to save money and charge the customer a higher price. Kenny should be ashamed of himself!!!

SLR industries West Babylon shows zero professional ethics toward their customers nor is there any personal integrity shown by Lou. This is evident by refusing to fix the problems they made on the work at my home. Concrete slabs are cracked and chipped after 7days and a new walkway is higher than sidewalk so people will trip. Matching brick columns DONT MATCH. They’re different sizes.

Sloppy work and cracked concrete after 7 days. Walkway done wrong because it is much higher than the sidewalk. Very dangerous and the owner WONT EVEN TALK TO ME on the phone extremely unprofessional
