Don’t use this company. Totally unprofessional. The only thing they are good at is taking your money. Bottom line they did a hack job on the roof and my roof is still leaking. . They did not honor their warranty. My contact ignored my calls after the work was done and my roof was still leaking. I tried to call their offices. They have satellite assistance that said they will contact the owner that they will escalate the issue …..non of my calls were returned. They ran away with my money. All of the bad reviews someone from the company will either try to erase. Or say the person was not a client. The 4 star reviews on sites seem fake. On line a see 4 stars and one star . Such a gap of reality. I say Fraud. stay away. At least from my experience this company is a huge scam.

Got a quote instantly by email from justin. I was told I could pay anyway I chose then after the job had started justin demands cash. I was not happy with the color of the roof. Called justin in the middle of the job he said, do not worry in 2 weeks the color will get darker. Stupid i am not! Justin sells the job by telling the customers about the 50 year warranty. Sure, if justin would send the information to Owens Corning within 60 days. NOT!!! Even after Owens Corning sent him an email, justin still refused to reply! Neither was Mr. Lopez, the owner helpful, as he was unavailable! I am not the first person not to receive my warranty as Owens Corning has received other complaints!! I was requested by Owens Corning to call their leadership team to let them know what happened . They are not happy with eagle remodeling/eagle roofing or whatever name they are using! Eagle is in business for 3 years and not 23 years as stated! Do not use this company! Unprofessional and dishonest
