Today Avesta Just resigned- QUIT rather then get fired by a Newly elected BOD today 5/1/2017. The pres and VP positions were up for election as Ashford and Priest- both complicit in Avesta's unethical , near crinimal mismanagement along with the worst customer service ever!! Karma's a MF..With fraudulent emails, internet ads to discredit a co-owner, not to mention ALL the BS and Fraud my lawyers (condo experts) uncovered about their fraud..Avesta is a word- Crooks- steer far away if you can. They are fighting to the Death to keep the current BOD in place- their ONLY chance of survival. My lawyer (condo expert) is finally uncovering all the wrong doings of Avesta and the BOD that will soon be both,s demise. The majority of our community DO NOT want the BOD or AVESTA but they still fight to hang on and now only the LAW will remove them here soon and we can finally end this nightmare for all our owners and get in a new competent and transparent BOD and managing agent that will serve OUR needs and not the needs of the BOD and avesta.... 1
