Last fall I paid for both my turnoff and spring start up. The owner of this “business” Darrin removed my backflow preventer without my permission. At the time this was a red flag but being new to the area I thought maybe that was a normal practice. Come this spring I contacted Spectrum/Darrin to do my spring start up which I had prepaid for last fall. Over the course of a month and a half Darrin missed about 6 different appointments. Some of which I had asked off work for. The one time he did show up he forgot to bring the tools necessary to reinstall my backflow preventer. I’ve called and left messages at the main line and Darrins cell phone and no one has called me back. They basically stole money from me, Darrin screwed up my sprinkler system, and no one cares. I will be reporting this business to the BBB. Really disgusted with how I was treated.
