We love our new basement! Elias Construction has done an incredible job transforming our basement into another finished floor of our house. From the start Elias’ company was different. We did not just receive a quote; we received a detailed quote with an architectural drawing of the space. Elias worked with us throughout the project and the quality has been excellent. Our basement bath is now the nicest in our house, we have a beautiful barn door for the lounge room, and the perfectly spaced LED lights have made our basement a bright and vibrant space. Elias will listen and help you decide on the best use of your space and he even created a “room under the stairs” for our oldest daughter.

Elias has completed several projects for us, most recently a clean up of a nasty leak in the master bathroom. He was very thoughtful on how to repair the problem, remove the mold and damage and restore the finishes as before. I trust him with little projects and large additions. He's easy to work with and very reliable. I highly recommend Elias Construction!

I have used a number of contractors throughout the years and I can honestly say that Elias Construction is #1. Extremely competent, reliable, and reasonable. For future projects, I will not use anyone else.
